Lately a diagonal white line runs across the screen from right to left or vice versa. It does not show all the time. It happens if you are on the ground or in the air and any where in the world. Not sure if its my video card {nvidia 5200} or a scenery glitch. Anyone have any idea of  what could be the cause? :-/

Did you install any new software lately?

Maby try updating the videocarddrivers, mind you though, the 5200 is outdated and can barely pull FS9. So you might want to think in upgrading it to a later series. This definately looks like a artifact.

This definitely looks like a artifact.

I think pepper is right, this sounds like an artifact from for Graphics card. Unfortunately there is little you can do other than to upgrade the card itself.

Does it happen right away (after a cold boot) or after flying for a bit?

When's the last time you cleaned the GPU heat sink/fan?
