Not sure if you heard this already but the third release of the (in)famous NL2000 scenery was released yesterday.

Before downloading NL2000 version 3.0 make sure your system meets the minimal system requirements!

You could begin the download, when you get to a certain amount (like 4GB) stop, and wait for next months allowance?

True, but is it better than not having the scenery, or exceeding your download limit?  :P

Nop, the speed is determined by how many people are sharing it on the same time, your picking up pieces from different people, wich if only few people would share it would drop.
