FFX DC-10 Take off problems

Postby Etienne62 » Wed Jul 04, 2007 4:09 pm

Hi all,
I'm having trouble getting this to take off under about 220kts. Is this right for this aircraft? I've even tried reducing the fuel, and its not overweight when i take off. I've tried 5 degree flaps and even 10, which isnt right i'm sure.
Anyone any tips/ideas?
Thanx.
Stephen.

I have a DC-10 that needs flaps and lots of trim to take off. Is it a SGA DC-10?

The panel i'm using doesn't have a trim wheel though. The wheel just adjusts the vertical speed setting...
I'm using Dale Britton's DC10dfb_vFS9 panel.

I have that aircraft. It's a devil on takeoff! Sorry no help, as i've never had any real problems taking off in it, just close calls.

BTW, it's by SGA and FFX
