Weather Question

Hello!

I have a question about the Weather setting in FS2004... well, I really enjoy flying at 350~400feet at Mach 1.15+ using the "Gray and Rainy" weather option, it's cool because it completely overcasts the sky so you have a better sense of speed... but the game seems to focus the coverage area in your aircraft location and keep it for only a few nautical miles, so, I can only fly for around 20 seconds before the overcast sky starts to turn to "Fair Weather"

All you have to do is to use the custom weather setting in FS select the stations you want and make the weather what ever you want it to be. Do not use the themes as they will change as you move from place to place.
Once you get Active Sky this will become even easier as you will be able to set any weather you want anywhere you want it. I currently use Active Sky and love its ablity to set the weather to the actual weather at each station in your flight plan. Fs real world weather does not even come close to what Active Sky can do. And the best part is it come with advanced cloud designs so you can make your own sets of clouds to depict each type of weather. 8-)
