Last night when I created a flight, and loaded real weather it would CTD, any ideas why, and how to fix it?

If the crash happened about the 70~75% of loading scenery, you must select in settings/display/hardware the "render to texture" option.
If it was not there it happened, you better tell more about the chain of actions that brought to the CTD if you want a serious aid.

I got that too, twice this morning... in FSX though.. and right after downloading real weather..
It's gotta be something d-loaded from the real-weather site, that confused FS9 (X) enough to crash (I got a fatal error and opted yes to report)..
It's working fine, now..

My guess, and it is a guess, is that the specific weather utilized an unusual cloud texture that you don't need often, that is corrupt, missing, or in an unsupproited format on your machine.

That makes sense... but I'm thinking that there are only so many cloud textures, and they were bound to be called up before just recently..

This has happened before: it happened to me and I'd changed nothing. Seems to be OK now.
