Airbus 319

Postby reginald6529 » Wed May 23, 2007 1:00 pm

I have downloaded an Airbus 319 the main folder of which contains 2 texture folders namely Textures. ezy.cmon and textures.ezy_100th but on loading the aircraft into a flight I only get a grey plane althouth the panel is correct.
As a newbie to FS in any guise could some body advise my next step.
The folder is named IDG_A319_EZY_PACK

Was it a "texture only" file or a file with a aircraft in   ;)

Well clearly it contains an aircraft file, otherwise he wouldn't even have a textured aircraft showing up.

Reginald, I've copied a section from my iFDG A319 aircraft.cfg over, all you will need to do is change the number in the [FLIGHTSIM.X] (add one to the previous number in the section before) section:

[fltsim.X]
title=A319-100 CFM EasyJet UK
sim=A319_CFM_IFDG_011
model=CFM
panel=
sound=
texture=ezy_100th
kb_checklists=
kb_reference=
atc_id=
atc_airline=EASY
atc_flight_number=121
atc_heavy=0
ui_manufacturer=Airbus
ui_type=A319-100
ui_variation=easyJet UK 100th
description=

[fltsim.X+1]
title=A319-100 CFM EasyJet UK
sim=A319_CFM_IFDG_011
model=CFM
panel=
sound=
texture=ezy.cmon
kb_checklists=
kb_reference=
atc_id=
atc_airline=EASY
atc_flight_number=121
atc_heavy=0
ui_manufacturer=Airbus
ui_type=A319-100
ui_variation=easyJet UK
description=

Copy this and paste it into your iFDG A319 aircraft.cfg. Remember to put the texture folder straight into the main aircraft folder  ;)
