Anyone know where i can get a nocd crack i used to have it but lost it when i formated not using a copy just dont want to carry cd around in laptop all the time not on mega games anymore btw

Probably everyone here running fs9 has a copy.  I know I do.  You'll have to google for it.  The policy of the admins here is having the no-cd crack on simviation can contribute to piracy.  It's a controversial policy, but it's their site so they call the shots.  Just google for it, you'll have no problem finding a copy.

In fact, I'm strongly against piracy, but I try getting no-cd cracks for all my games.

Simviation has a firm policy of fighting the potential piracy of flightsim products.  

While the "NoCD Patch" is often seen as a convenience to allow you to NOT have the main flightsim CD in the CDROM drive when playing fs2004, it ALSO is a VERY convenient way for someone to run an illegal copy of the flightsim program.  The "CD in the drive" approach was the main piracy prevention measure that Microsoft used on FS2004.  

Because of this SIGNIFICANT possibility, we do not have copies of this "patch" on this site, and we do not really even encourage discussion of any possible private sharing of the files.  And when it is referred to as a "crack" right up front ......... the implication is that it is possibly being used for piracy, at least to me.

SO........ you'll need to look elsewhere.

Our little games company existed at the same time that the Bill Gates and Steve Jobs empire started, and involved the very same amateur experimental programmers.

Delving into each others computer codes has been going on since day one, something which we all put up with, and I see nothing that will prevent it from happening in the future....
