FS 9.1 Update install problem

I had to reinstall FS 9 and when I tried to reinstall the 9.1 update, a message popped up saying that it was already installed.  When I check the the "about FS 9" from the drop down menu it still says that I have version 9.0.

Does anyone know how I can reinstall the update?

Problem Solved!

I found the 9.1 update files in the FS 9 folder.  So I uninstalled it and was then able to reinstall.  I checked the "about FS 9" drop down tab inside the program and it now shows that it's the updated version.

Once you have installed the 9.1 patch, to uninstall the sim you FIRST have to uninstall the 9.1 patch, and THEN uninstall the main sim.  At least that is how I understand it.

And if you have recently bought the fs2004 boxed sim......... it is likely that you are ALREADY on version 9.1.....and do not have ti install the patch..... or neded to do the two step uninstall.  To check ... look at "about" on the sim menu.
