Gauge info

Hello ALL;
my problem is simple but I am not sure how to fix it so here is my question.
  For some strange reason when I move my mouse over a gauge it no longer tells me what the gauge is. It used to work but I have added a few aircraft and it has somehow changed it.
I never replace a gauge when adding aircraft unless I know for sure that is what I want to do. But I am not sure what exactly controls this feature? It might even be a entry in the FS9 cfg file.
If someone could shed some light on this I would appreciate it. 8-)

Hi,

    Have you looked in Settings/General/Show Cockpit Tool Tips? see if its checked in the box.

    Cheers,

    Roger.

That part is working because I get reminded to set my altimeter.

Hi Gary.
I don't think the altimeter warning has anything to do with it. If you uncheck the "show cockpit tool tips" as surgested, then your problem will be solved.

Best wishes.
Zaphod.

Now I really feel like a dope :P I should have known to trust the answers I get.
 I want to thank both oscarfourzero and roger You were correct clicking the show tool tips box solved the problem. I am not quite sure how it got unchecked :-[
