.............covered by the "environment" slider in fs2004?  Anyone have a somewhat detailed list of what gets covered by this particular slider?

I'm pretty sure it is rain, thunder, and wind (like in open cockpits).  Ground Roll sounds and crash sounds might be part of that as well, I don't know

That is for one of the barnstorming adventures with the Jenny.

Consider the sounds produced by a solo Pilot in an aircraft encountering various bodily audible functions, loud exclamations of fear, conversations with oneself, conversations with Air Traffic Control, conversations with the arse-'ole trying to beat you to the touch-down point, etc, etc...

All these will be enhanced by moving the Audio Slider to "MAX"......!
