why?

S..it!!!I can fly just short flights because if I have longer flight my computer is shutting down or sending some stupid errors!!I can't ejoy my simulator!! What should I do? :'( :( :-?

Complete Computer specification, please...
..particularly the Wattage of the Power Supply... ;)...?
...and the condition of the ventilation/cooling fans...?

Definitely need more information... :o...!!

Would you mind to tell us what are your suystem specs? could be anything ,could be the video card (If you are using one) could be a dimm or ddr ,could be and add on scenery conflict(afcad 221 modification),Tell me, does it show a window that says "sorry for the inconvenience bla bla bla, and it ask you if you want to restart the game?

Its an ADD-On a plane or scenery(something you instaled ) it gives a conflict in the game , try to remember what was the last thing you place in the FS9 folder after this isue began.(This very common in

;Dand do you think its easy for me ,I don't speak english , my primary lenguage is spanish ,Im an old 42 years old man, anyway if you unistall it its a good Idea though ,try to delete the folders in c:\progam files \microsoft games \flight simulator9 delete the last one after you have unintaled ,then proceed to reinstal it back

As already stated, it might be a problem of hardware not working correctly, like a fan that has stopped to turn or a heatsink clogged by dust (or both) that make some circuitry overheat.

If this is the problem, a reinstallation of FS will give no good results, as the problem will reappear as soon as the new FS is installed.

It'd be a good idea, before thinking to uninstall, to open the PC cabinet and look if all the fan are rotating at nominal speed and perhaps try and take away some dust with an air spray can of those that are sold in electricity stores.
