changing the cfg for better framerate ?

Hi i have only come back to flight in the last few days and am looking for the command line that you change in the cfg file , its something like this [DISPLAY.Device.NVIDIA on Win 2k/xp]

if anyone knows it can they post it here please

Not 100% sure what you are looking for here the line you listed has to deal with your video card and you would not alter that unless you have a different card than what is listed than you would just delete the line and restart FS9.
If you are looking for line to edit in order to improve frame rates than check out the sticky at the top of this forum it will list all of the changes you can make.
REMBER TO BACK UP YOUR FILE BEFORE YOU MAKE ANY CHANGES 8-)

It works like a dream. My fps is so much better. HAVE FUN.

That is tooltips, where you roll your mouse over an instrument and a little yellow box appears to tell you what it is (and depending on the gauge it will also tell you what it reads)

Rember that on any line in the cfg file that has a 0 or a 1 0=OFF or FALSE and 1=ON or TRUE.
This only applies to entries that have a single entry of 0 or 1. 8-)

But that is showing that it is turned off and i have tool tips on :-?
