How do I Upload?

My other post was deleted by an admin because I linked images (sorry). Where do I upload to the SimV server so that I can display images?
"Orange County Traffic, Chancellor N2744X, Departing runway 03, Orange County"

Above this post there is a link that says UPLOAD IMAGES. Click on that and you'll be told what to do.
