Is there anyway to get rid of Failures  from FS9  !!

... Don't set them?  :-?

To double check, load up your flight sim, go into Options > Failures (or what ever its under...) Look for any checked boxes, and uncheck them. Then, when back on the main page, press ; and save the flight, call it what ever you want but remember to check the 'Make this your default flight' box.

That should sort you out...
