Your Favorite Aircraft

Postby Ravang » Fri Oct 27, 2006 9:03 pm

What is your favorite aircraft from FS2004? Mine is the Cessna 172 Skyhawk SP. :D P.S. Fozzer this is not the place for you to tell about your "memory sticks", lol :P It does not have to be a default planes or helicopter either. ;)

That's what I really like about FS, you can design your own aircraft and "fly" them.

Mine is my own design...here with the B-1B...

and work in progress, updating it for use in FSX (and with better texturing).

My favourites, the ones I fly the most, are the Default Beech Baron for touring, and two free-bee Cessna 152's; CC-KAA and CC-KDF (Carenado FS 2000/2002 models!) for having fun and visiting friends....;D...!

That's about it really!... ;)...!

I notice with much dismay that MS have AGAIN! left out the Cessna 150/152 Trainers in FSX... >:(...!

Cheers all...!

Paul...Never in a particular hurry to go anywhere...;)...!

Being a cigar-tube freak, I'm most often to be found in a 737 of some description - there are a huge amount of fabulous freeware models to be had out there. My most recent 737 adventures involve the -200 Kittyhawk model with the TinMouse II panel (this is a VERY good combination) and the Posky 737-600 with home-modified dynamics, in which I'm doing a RTW at the moment.

Then there's the 737 Experience -700; still in a class of its own; or at least it was. Posky (in the shape of Giles Hacon) is re-releasing its series of 737NG models to incorporate the next generation version of Moach's fabulous VC.

Why would you want to fly anything else?

;)  ;)

No idea, so I'll pick 3. Not on a scale of what I fly the most, but probably enjoy flying the most when I do.

BAC/English Electric Canberra B.2/B.6/T.17.TT.18/B(I)8/PR.9
Dassault Mirage 2000N
North American F-86A Sabre

Aerosoft's Piper Super Cub or RealAir's Scout, Decathlon and Citabria. Tiny little aircraft that can get you anywhere you want.

Crash ;)

..Crash...

..have you considered that all the Lads here who brag about their fascination with very large, aluminium cigar tube, passenger aircraft, may also lay claim to owning the largest wieners in the known Universe...:o....;)...?

Personally, I now have to fly Microlights....and Flexwings.....;)...!

LOL...!

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.
