New guy with a problem

So I tried to install The Nieuport Racer Package and everything went smoothly with the self installer but... everytime I select the plane and any location then click Fly Now it crashes to the desktop. I have tried a couple times to reinstall but nothing works. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Sounds like a corrupt file somewhere, might be a pain to track it down...

got to http://www.simviation.com/fs2004jets33.htm and the stratojet excalibur update contains the file you need, just place it in the fs9/modules folder.

What I think swordfish means is you need FSSound.dll, but you might need Gaugesound.dll.  Google them and youll find a download I guarantee

they definitely need gaugesound because i already had fssound and had the same problem

You will probably need to update your FS9.cfg by adding the following lines.

[oldmodules]
FSSound.dll=1
GaugeSound.dll=1
