Strange...

Okay...this is a new and very annoying problem...I load a flight in FS9...click Fly Now! and then wait for everything to load...and now, when I am on the tarmac and I pan around...everything moves in small increments...it's very hard to explain...it's not like choppy FPS...it's like the sim jerks forward on every frame...but the FPS counter even though I know it hogs 3-4FPS displays 24-25FPS at my LAGO Rome Scenery...this never happened before...and I just started FS9 after about a week...it's very annoying...can someone please help out? I really want my smooth sim back... :'( :'(

What have you changed since the last time you ran FS.
Have you added any scenery or mesh. It sounds as if there is something running in the background or fs Is having a hard time displaying the scenery for some reason. You could try deleteing your fs9cfg file Or just rename it to fs9-orig then when you crank up fs it will build a new one. The only other thing I can think of is a video card driver problem if you recently updated it you might have to roll it back. 8)

Well, the only thing I added was Real Environment Pro...thankfully, I backed up my textures...should I get rid of REPro and try FS again? I run one MSN in the background along with Photoshop CS2...but I always have those on and they never cause this problem...This is something new...can you advise? :'(

I would first try shutting down MSN and the photoshop programs and see if it makes any differance. From you signature I think your system is up to the task. When was the last time you updated your driver for your video card. I was recently shoping for a texture addon and wound up buying ULTIMATE TERRAIN one reason was is that it is not hard on frame rates.
