Keep aircraft in the right folder

Postby aReyoUIn86 » Thu Sep 28, 2006 10:40 am

You know when you create a flight, it asks you to select your aircraft. So I was wondering can you put the Boeing or Airbus you download from project open sky or any other site into the Boeing folder and airbus folder ???

An interesting question...;)...!

I have often wondered the same thing, when I have a number of downloaded Cessna, Piper, etc, aircraft and they are dotted all over the Menu.
It would be nice if all my Cessna's could be located in the default Cessna menu, the Pipers located in the default Piper menu, etc.....
...and all my downloaded Microlights located together in a "Microlight" menu.... ;D...!

...any ideas...?

Paul...a bit dotty.... ;)...!
Win 8.1 64-bit. DX11. Advent Tower. Intel i7-3770 3.9 GHz 8-core. 8 GB System RAM. AMD Radeon HD 7700 1GB RAM. DVD ROM. 2 Terra Byte SATA Hard Drive. Philips 17" LCD Monitor. Saitek Cyborg X Fly-5 Joystick. ...and a Briggs and Stratton Petrol Lawn Mower.

You just need to go into the aircraft's CFG file & change the name of the manufacturer in the line: ui_manufacturer=

Change it too whatever you like EG: ui_manufacturer=Cessna or ui_manufacturer=BFU

Cheers,
