Not sure of where you can get one, or how to add it to a panel, but it may also be refered to as a Bitchin' Betty.

"Bitchin Betty" is a different system. This term refers to the voice system that is used in some fighter aircraft.
It is connected to the centralised warning system of the aircraft. If the pilot has a system malfunction then he will get the usual light and a voice that will also inform him of said problem. When the system first made its appearance, it was a male voice. Research found out that male pilots would ignore the voice command. The "I know better" altitude would prevail, then sometimes death shortly after. The voice was then changed to a female. It was found that pilots where more likely to react to a female voice. As she was always screaming "pull up, jet pipe temperature, gear down" for example, she became known as Bitchin Betty. Oddly, the "terrain, pull up" and altitude call outs are in a male voice in most commercial aircraft. Must be a testosterone fighter jock thing!!

I can only come up with the MD11 as the sole airliner with only female GPWS/aural warn system.
The ERJ's has a female AP disco alert, but the rest is male I believe.
It sounds really cool though in the MD11

But it still doesnt beat Airbus's
