QFE & QNH

Do we have these options in FS9 for landings or cruise flights,i mean can I set the altimeters,as real life in both ways ?in ATC? or any other way like that green letters things that shows on top of screen, an option(i never use it) that says weather conditions,doesn't show it there??

FS9 ATC reports in inches of mercury. Standard baromitric is A29.92 or Q1013 in (hectopascals (hPa) metric:
"QNE- The barometric pressure used for the standard altimeter setting (29.92 inches Hg.).
QNH- The barometric pressure as reported by a particular station."
Not all FS9 panels show both readings but some do.

QNH is the pressure as at sea level and QFE is the 'actual'reported pressure at the weather station. ie at ground level
Certainly when i am given the pressure before take off that seems to be the QNH but i haven't yet checked if the last pressure reading given before landing is the QFE
I'll try a flight from Heathrow 70ft asl to Biggin Hill 600ft asl
If the Biggin controller gives me presure reading that makes my altimeter read 0 when i land then that would be QFE

I am sad to report that ATC do not give QFE for landing so the only way is to manually reset your altimeter after the Tower has given you QNH. Remember that millibars equate to 30ft. so if your altimeter is set to 1000 and you landing airport has an altitude above sea level of 70ft then set your altimeter to 997 and then you will read 0ft on touch down,
