I was wondering, is there a way in the aircraft CFG. that can change the maximum speed of an aircraft.

Some nice GA's I have just don't seam to have enough horsepower.
I understand that they are most likely modeled that way because that is the correct setting for the real world aircraft, I was just wondering if it is possible and if so, where in the cfg. do I make this adjustment.

The max speed of any aircraft is controlled by several factors, such as engine type weight and max speed of air frame. Most of these are settings in the aircraft cfg file, But the .AIR file has settings in it as well so you would need aired or some other .AIR file editor. But with a little effort you should be able to alter the speed of any craft, But I think it would be a little silly having a cesna 152 that goes Mach 2 and still stay in one piece

Well that is a bit extreme!  ;)

I just want to give a little more "umph" to some of my smaller GA Aircraft  ;D

Quick fix for more horsepower:

[piston_engine] section
power_scaler=

[propeller] section
thrust_scaler=
