Hey gang,
I'm having a couple of issues the the GmaxFlight AS-341G Gazelle helicopter that remain persistant. There is something I'm missing probably. I love the aircraft, nice to fly, but the sound files stick and loop at startup link one continuously no matter what I do (very annoying in flight!). I checked the sound.cfg and all the link= references seem to match up with no issue, the sound files are intact, as well as the panel and aircraft config (at least as far as I can tell!)

From what you describe it sounds like you have a trouble ridden aircraft. The sound problem is mor than likely in the sound files the craft is using and the problem with the fuel mixtures could be a gauge problem or a aircraft cfg. problem or a combination of both.
If you really want to keep this craft I would suggest trying to find new sound files and panel files for the craft that you know do not have problems. If the mixture problems still persist than you have a problem in the aircraft cfg file. I would compare it to a similar craft to see if you can spot the problem. I would suspect it is in the engine part of the file but it might be somewhere else as well. 8)

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. (embarrased grin)  ::) I'll check out the link tonight. Can't remember where I got this one (maybe here?).  I'll try what you suggest. Thanks again for your response.
