Hey, I'm kinda late in posting this...been busy the last couple of weeks. While flying online with a friend, we were using real world weather back on Jan. 22. We were flying from kalamazoo, MI (KAZO) to Memphis, TN (KMEM) when we were about 100 miles out we started our decents (I was in a 737-400 and he was in a lear 45) at about FL 240 our altimeters started droping in 500 ft. incriments. Then the Baro Pressure started going crazy as well as the milibars. Auto Pilot was confussed as the altimeter said I was -5000 ft. We had to take over manual. Had no actual indicator of airspeed or altitude. It turns out the GPS Ground Speed was still acurate. All in all We diverted and landed very hot (+250kts) at an alternate airport. once on the ground everything went to normal and the altimeter was very high (3896 or something like that). We tried it again and it happened the second time. We were just wondering if anyone else experienced that that day or has every experienced that. Let me know. Thanks and sorry for the delay in reporting the phenomonom.
