[Good Morning Guys and Ladies,      Just thought I'd cheer you'll up with a really dumb question.     I just got the FS2k4, and as I was setting it up - -  I wanted to install the  "autosave " program.   Part of it went all right.    I don't  care much for starting my  "NEXT" flight 15 or 20 feet off the ground with the engine running [ or not running   ;D ] ,  SO here is the problem.  Where is the  "main FS folder called called autosave.cfg "  ?  ???       I'm really at a loss.  ???      Here's another smile for you - - - -   I think I opened and looked into every folder   ;D            come on you guys - -  the day is just starting for me .     ;D ;D                    caveman

Some files are hidden. Not sure on that one, but the main cfg file is hidden.
You need to have your hidden files thingy in the options allowing you to view them and then try this:

Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9.

Not sure about the auto-save cfg though.

Are you talking about autosave.dll? this is a small but great little module program that saves your flight every 30, 60 or 90 seconds (or however long you set it for) and if you crash it resets the flight back 30 seconds instead of having to start the flight all over again. autosave.cfg is a part of that module and is located in the /Flight Simulator 9 folder.
