Installing panels

Top of the day to all. I know that this topic along with step by step instruction on how to install new panels, but i just cant find it. can any one point me to or instruct me on how to install panels. thanks

Did you try looking for a tutorial in the FSHelp and Grumpy's Lair sections?

The most important rule is READ the readme file!

Some panels are a straight copy for the original one, some are very complicated. However, i've not found one yet that didn't have the answers in the readme file that came with it.
