Movie recording

Hi!
What kind of program did you recommend if I want to make some video recording in FS2004?
I know there is a program called GameCam, but is there another freeware program around. You can use GameCam, but you can not recording with sounds.
Or, is it possible to convert the recording file you make in FS?

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
