I am not familar with this airplane but if the gauges came in a .CAB file and you removed them to put into the gauge folder they will not work. Any gauges in a cab file must stay in that file and the entire folder moved to the gauge folder.
If you open the panel folder then open the panel cfg folder you can check to make sure there is no problem there. Sometimes people make remark statements in the panel cfg file or forget to put a file in it you should see a line that looks something like this
(gauge xx=B717,pfd! 1, 2 ,3)
This is a rough sample and not the exact entry that should be there.
Make sure the gauges are numberd correctly and that no lines start with // as this make the line a remark and FS will ignore this line
