Glide Slope/Marker Beacons

I downloaded the new DHC-3 Otter-PZL from FS2004 downloads.

Wonderful aeroplane to fly however I have tried to use the Glide Slope at several airports to no luck.

The Outer Marker Beacon also will come on but Middle and Inner do not seem to work.

Wonder if any one has any suggestions, this is a wonderful download and perhaps I am doing something wrong.

First thing that needs clarifying: is this only happening with that plane?
Next: are you sure you have the correct ILS frequency?
Beyond that, I can't offer much; haven't done much with those approaches so far.

I opened up the aircraft.cfg file and compared it to the B777

Open up the aircraft.cfg file and search for the radio section.

find the

Nav.1         = 1, 1

And make it look like

Nav.1         = 1, 1, 1

In the B777 aircraft.cfg file, it has this in the radio section, which gave me the first clue, so I don't know if it will fix everything.

You are on the right track the numbers in the nav1= line controls the ability to see the glide slope, if this is set to 0 or not set at all the default is 0 or off. Setting it to 1 turns it on.
So the line should read nav1=1,1,1

The most common occurence of this in FS9 when the crew has the panel NAV/GPS switch set to GPS. Try various airports; not all airports have all markers but the OM is the most important.

I checked the radio/nav section and everything there is fine.

Will try several different airports now to see if that makes a difference.
