Can anyone tell me how to disable the virtual cockpit view on aircraft that don't have a virtual cockpit?

Also, how dou you stop this message appearing when loading FS2002 aircraft in FS2004?

"Flight simulator has encountered potentially incompatable aircraft or software
File:C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight simulator 9\AIRCRAFT\FS2002_Concorde\model\Concorde_n.MDL
Do you want to load this software?...."

I don't think so but don't see why this would be a problem.

This should only happen once when you first select a new aircraft. Click the No option for best results.

Actually on the Concorde.....

I have the same aircraft and have the same problem when I select it.

I say yes and fly it anyway with no problems. And there has to be a way to disable one of the views...that same concorde only has three instead of four. I think the VC is the view that is disabled.

This only happens with early FS2000/2002 models in FS9. Selecting the No option will give the best possible results but some animated parts still won't display. The 'incompatible software' warning message should only appear the first time you select a new aircraft from the menu. It's obviously better if you find a later version of the aircraft. Many later FS2002 aircraft are fully compatible with FS9.

It's possible that some earlier aircraft won't have the DVC view. I can't say that I've taken much notice.

PS. You can cycle backwards through the views with Shift+S.
