Scenery Glitch

Hey, how are you all doing?
I'm new to this site, but I have had FS9 since the first days of it. I'm pretty sure someone else has already asked this, but the games keeps freezing and unfreezing everytime I'm on the ground only!! I don't know if it's my graphic card, but I had a Nvidia graphic card before I made a new computer recently and it also includes a Nvidia graphic card, but it is a SLI. My old graphic card did not do this and I did not touch any thing in the Setting-Hardware Menu, the Frame Rate thing that I read about it in other discussion. I understand the frame rate and what's it for, but I don't know if this is my problem.
So can someone give me some solutions and thought on my problem.

Thanks ;)

The first thing I would suggest you try is to delete or rename your FS9 cfg file.
If the card you have now replaced another card make sure you uninstalled the drivers for the old card and make sure that you have the current drivers for the new card.
If you have windows XP go to the control panel click on system then click on device settings than click on display there should only be one card shown there make sure that there are no problems being reported. A Yellow Flag will be there if there is. If you see one you have to resolve that issue before your card will work.
