A380 Panel Recommendations

I would be grateful if someone here could recommend me a good Airbus A380 panel that actually works.  I've tried various panels, the most latest one being a380_pan.zip, but all of the ones I've tried either don't have all the elements of a usual panel, have gauges that don't work or are missing.

Please bear in mind that I'm partially sighted, and therefore sometimes have trouble seeing the panels that have all the gauges in one as they have really small print.  Seperate GPS, Throttle, Radio panels from the mail panel are appreciated.  Also, the gauge must have autopilot, can't see myself doing 14 hour flights without it.  Oh, and I need to have ILS instrument guages too.

Thanks very much, your help would be appreciated.

Hussein.

I use Hector Molina's A340 panel in both my Airbus A340 and A380.  Maybe you can try that one.

You can find it here : http://www.simviation.com/fs2004panels1.htm

Not bad but if you want the best then goto AVSIM and search under FS9 Panels for A340 Ken Mitchell.

Quite simply the best Airbus panels out there with full GPS display built into the main nav window and a semi working FMC as well. All the windows are pretty clear and the GPS is available in the seperate default form as well. I had the same trouble as you did with airbus panels orriginaly but can assure you this one needs no fancy addons and is complete.

Or, bearing in mind your needs, search again on AVSIM for a380 Alex Christoff. It's a very simple panel with no fiddly switches but has all the features you seem to need and is even branded for the a380. The Autopilot is especialy large and easy to read. For ease of use, this one would be best for you. Hope this helps.

Thatks a lot buddy, I'll try 'em both.  The ken mitchellone sounds good for functionallity, I find the original b737/747/777 panels that came with FS OK, and from what you've described there shouldn't be any problems.  But I'll kee the christoff one in case.  Thanks again. Happy flying.
