If your new to FS2004 and your talking about adding scenery to your flightsim. The first thing you should do is get enhancers and then scenery.

Enhancers make the sky, clouds, ground, trees, water, and Suneffect (transition from night to day and day to night) in the sim look realistic.

Scenery improves the appearance of Airports and Cities. So your question should be where do I start! I say start with where you are from and work your way to popular locals and look for scenery right here at simV to fill your thrill. There is plenty of freeware to try out.

Now if you want suped up scenery try Aerosoft and Mega Scenery payware scenery sites. They have some awesome scenery addons.

Do a search and you can find many freeware websites to get what your heart desires?

I take it by enhancers you mean something like the STRM mesh Mav. I use this:

Then the scenery specials that focus on particular places. If you just go looking through the files, just grab files that appeal to you.

If you want an individual scenery reccomendation then you've got to get this,

EDDW2004 - Bremen Germany, Version 3.0 for FS2004 by Oliver Pabst. It's the most realistic freeware airport i've found.

Land at the airport and pull off the runway you'll find a sign saying 'wait here for follow me'. You stop and a follow me car appears, it puts it's flashing lights on and you follow it to the gate (which has been predetermined by the software as it recognised the size of the aircraft). At the gate, the follow me pulls over and there is an animated marshaler to guide you up to the gate. When youre in the right position, either the walkway will roll over to your door or airstairs will drive up to you. Once the passengers are off, you can request a fuel truck and/or a catering truck useing the NAV2 frequencys. While all his is going on, there are many other AC built into the software that are doing similar things arround you, even buses driving to those useing airstairs to collect passengers.

I can sit there for ages in spot view just watching all the stuff going on!
