Small Jet uses way to much fuel!

I downloaded the Honda Jet the other day and the poor thing uses way to much fuel compaired to my other private jets I have. Can that be changed by altering the the Fuel flow scallier in the air cfg file? if not, is there a way I can get a reasanable fuel flow? It uses fuel like a SR 71 but won't fly all that fast. It also wants to creep forward in idle. :o

Try decreasing your throttle setting and flying higher. You're going to burn lots of fuel if your low and at a high throttle.

Yes, but I should't be using 10 times the fuel per hour than my Gulf IV. If I flew any slower I may as well use my Volkswagon to get around with. Something is very wrong here! ???

If I remember correctly I think one of the freeware Cessna Citations had the same problem, don't remember which one or how to fix it though... ???

Look in the [GeneralEngineData] section in the aircraft.cfg for the 'fuel_flow_scalar' section. It's normally set at around 1.0. Decrease it by factor of 10 (to around 0.1) and it will use 10 times less fuel. This should sort you out.

Merry Christmas all!
