Twice now I'v landed, requested taxi to general parking, and put my plane to bed for the night. The next morning, (Saved flight) ,I correct the time and here is a Grand Carivan parked just in front of my Cessna. They must have pushed their pane back up to mine so close I could'nt get out without hitting it! So I changed the time again, the Carivan was gone and I taxied over to the next space. Then I changed the time back to the correct time and the Carivan was still siiting in my original space. So I was able to leave. Then yesterday it happend again but I had a Lancare Legacy and was able to just slip under the Carivans wings. Are they playing head games or what! ;D

I think the default AI is completly random. While ones like PAI go off an actual timetable, the MS ones just appear.

Default AI may seem random, but if you decode the traffic bgl files, you will see that AI flights are not randomly generated. Every AI flight is programmed in the traffic files  ;)

You were probably supposed to be parked in the AI's spot, but was a little off so it had room to appear. Many times I've pushed back from a gate only to see another aircraft appear at the gate I just vacated.
