Snow maker 2003

Hello, I was looking for file that can make snow in you simulator. I remember the above mentiioned but don't the name of author and have search but cannot find. Anyone know of such file and is there one for fs09? I have looked at buying weather program but I know this was freeware and less complicated. Thank you, jakob

Why not just adjust your weather settings and then set the change slider to none so it stays snowy?
