What's up with Meljet?
He makes awesome 777's which I always use in my FS2004.
His website www.meljet.com hasn't been updated since it was posted back online since more than 6 months ago.
I emailed him twice, one at the site regiestered address and one from his email link off his website and got no responses.
What's up with him?

Funny you mention this.  I was just at Melvin's' site too, checking out the progress.   The one thing I never do is ask him when he plans a release.  I figure that I'll just wait.  Since his stuff is always just awesome,  let Melvin go at his own pace and then enjoy his work.  But I admit, it would be nice to see what he's been up to!

What's the landing speed of Meljet's 777-300ER with flaps out at 30's?
Everytime I go below 180 knots, it drops like a rock on final!

If your fuel is at a reasonable low landing level, then you could probably get a triple 7 down to 135 knots or so, though that's a little on the slow side. I would keep it around 140-145 or so. If you were landing at full fuel, it would definetly fall out of the sky. So check the fuel if that's not it, something's up.

That works well on the 777-200ER, not on the 777-300ER.
It's like the 777-300ER is a almost completey different machine, yet they're both from Meljet.

I have the same problem too,When landing,the nose gear tends to drop.I use proper arpproach method,Still Does'nt work.And i think meljet should have a bug fix for the wingflex,It's very buggy,But here's what i found out that's making the nose gear drop when landing, after trying numerous amout of landing with meljet 777's.
NOTE:
A 777 MLG has a vertical sweep to it,when landing,the vertical point touches down first then the whole MLG drops flat to give it balance.meljet 777 does'nt have that,It stays vertical.I know the default 777 stays vertical too and land nicely, but meljet 777's are more realistic and it gives real challenge when landing.so that's what's causing Meljet 777's nose gear to drop when landing,There's no balance.try this expiriment and you'll see.
Stand up,hands extend out sideways,feet shoulder witdth apart and flat to the ground and lean slightly FWD,see how you have balance?
Try the the same thing but standing on your heels,it's hard enough to stand on your heels,But to leand FWD it's almost impossible.So there you have it,That's the solution for the nose gear dropping tendency.NOTE:the reason i tell you to lean FWD is because When an airplane touches down,It has a tendecy to lean FWD but it can hold for a while.To see a real world demonstration of a 777-3ER landing,Go to flightlevel350.com and type in 777-300.The first video you will see is a JAL 777-3ER landing,Take note of the MLG has it touches down,And how long the nose wheel stays airborne before the aircraft has completely landed

True, though he could have at least updated the flight dynamics to FS9 of all his already existing planes in the meantime we wait for his new works.

An update of flight dynamics was done alright, but by other users, not him, and they forgot to rehaul the 772LR (which is, by the way, the only 777 I use), meanies.

Understandable. Serious matters get to receive max priority. It's only normal.

But, as you said, he could have put a note on the site telling just this. No polite person would even think about disturbing him about his hobby before he finished his duties, had he done so.

Hey flightsimmers,I think have found a way to make the Meljet 777-300ER and 200ER  stop the nose gear dropping tendency during landing,here it is,in the aircraft CFG file,look under airplane geometry,And look for the line that says wing_incidence=1.0.Change it from 1.0 to 2.5.That't it.If this works for you,Let me hear your what you have to say about it.:)
