Scenery settings

will unchecking scenery areas in the scenery settings page help increase performance.

i.e. uncheck  areas that i never fly in, like asia, australia, south america.

any one out there had a go?.

Unless you load up a flight in an area that you disable, I don't think it will affect anything. If I fly around in North America, It won't matter if Europe is disabled or not because I won't be loading that scenery area in the first place

How can disabling something improve performance if it's not even used?

if you wanna get better FPS, lower cloud level to 2d.
