I have just downloaded DSB's superb f-5a, BUT it can only fly max speed about mach 1.5. Is there any way i could mod the aircraft.cfg so to make it go faster? Any help would be appreciated ;D.
cheers

um, that is supposed to be the top speed of an F-5A anyhow...just curious as to why you'd want it to go faster.

If you up the speed you may want to go ahead and increase the stability which can be found in

[flight_tuning]

It just makes the whole trip to mach 3 and back a little more pleasant to return with your kidneys intact.

NOTE: DO NOT make this aircraft go to fast cause if you do push this plane extreamly past it's limit's  the aircraft will become unstable inflight & you will not be able to slow down. I know this cause I tried to push a 777-300 to 3.2 Mach and nothing would slow it down not even the airbrakes or flaps, and when I did try to use the airbrakes and flaps to try to slow the plane it made it uncontrolable.

Lol, i had that problem while i was messing with the aircraft.cfg of a Concorde.  Idle thrust was enough to make me take off and get me to mach 5!  :o LOL!
