Im trying to taxi to take from a parking space, but atc says that this airport is currently IFR, acess denied, how do i get it back to VFR? thanx

Either change the weather or file a flight plan. You can't fly VFR in IFR conditions. Don't want Uncle Sam to pull your license do ya.  ;D

Call up your flight plan, switch it to IFR, and save it. Then get taxi clearance and takeoff clearance IFR.

Once you're airborne, as soon as you like, click on 'Cancel IFR' and confirm when they ask you to. Then continue VFR. They won't be offended. :)
