NO! there are addon carriers tho.

Try FSShipyards. They have a package of 18 carriers in their scenery section of the downloads page.

There's also a carrier .api you can place anywhere but I haven't gotten it to work yet. May be that it isn't compatable with FSSC so if you use another utility like Airport etc it might be worth a try.
