ATC Voice fix

Hello all,

I was surfing various FS site looking at Mods I might like to try and found one that enhances the atc voices so that that talk faster and sound more realistic.  trouble is that I can't remember where I found it.  I wasn't using my pc so I couldn't DL at that time.  Any info on this would be great.

I've been told you can achieve that with Editvoicepack, but I have yet to figure out how to do it.

Yeah, believe me, I'm not the type to post without trying to figure it out meself first.  I can't find it in the options available to me, maybe I have an older version.
