Hi. Not sure if i have put this question in the right section so sorry if i have. is there an add on that will give atc regional accents. as nice as the american accent is, its not really that realistic to have the whole world with that accent.
thanks, scott

dunno, but it would be quite cool, thought of this before...hearing american from a person supposed to sit in a scruffy hut somewhere in the middle of uzbekistan is strange! ::)

Is in the pipeline in the far future (AKA needs testing and the developer has not that much time) for EVP
Would be possible to make the operator talk russian in the CIS area (with english text that is)

Yes I have thought the same thing..From my flying days around the world I often wondered how the pilot/copilot could understand what was being said when I listening in. Maybe some linguistic expert could come up with an addon sound pack. That would make it much more realistic and more true to life. Perhaps now over 30 years later the english has improved.

That would be cool I use EVP3.1 and have taken to adding every airport's name I use.
Updating the EVP program is a pain so I just (S)ave until I have a halfdozen then do them all at once.
Uploading to Lars's server is an even bigger pain!
Great idea -- accents; wouldn't be that big a deal; just start by adding ONE WITH ACCENTS voicepack and moving forward from there. Most computers today have the resources.
