Guess I was born lucky or something - but I only have default scenery, and I don't have any trouble finidng the sun. Even found it over the South Pole when I took my B25 round the world north-south :)

hi, when i installed sunmod v2, being a technical nerd, it ended up in a textures folder in the main fs9 folder, so when i finally discovered this, i took the contents of that textures folder and placed them in the main fs9 texture folder. and....let there be light for my babe and me, although the sun seems a bit on the large side. but of course this may not be your problem...good luck
