help with files

i installed
FS2002 Meljet Boeing 777 Advanced Panel
by Jorge 'eko' Salas, and ever since i did that i am getting a message at start up saying

'flight sim has detected potentially incompatable aircraft or software
file: fssound.dll  (1st message)
file: fsuipc.dll  (2nd message)
as per usual i didnt bother to back up any files (im really bad for that).  can anybody help???  thanks ???

The first one is easy. Find fs9.cfg & open it in Notepad. Add this entry (it doesn't really matter where providing it's a new entry) & exit Notepad saving changes.

[OLDMODULES]
fssound.dll=1

I don't use FSUIPC myself so don't know the answer. I suspect you either have an older version or haven't registered it to work with this panel. Refer to any instructions with the panel or wait for someone more knowledgeable than me to respond. It's probably easy to fix so don't worry.
