Once you have "tasted" multiplayer... you really get hooked.  Beats the heck out of flying with AI.

The multiplayer section has LOTS of info.  Check out a bunch of the stuff.

One really important issue is getting the ports in your computer's firewall and dsl/cable modem or router set properly.  If not... you can affect others... and sometimes cannot connect yourself.  That stuff is discussed there.

Also ... there are sort of two "groups" from SimV that are doing some regular flying online..... one from mainly the USA.... and one from mainly the UK.  Look for the appropriate threads.  The USA one happens almost every Saturday night staerting at 9 PM eastern Daylight time.
