Runway light's

Hi all,

I suspect i'm not the first to ask this so i appologise if i am asking the same old lame question.
How do i get the runway light's to come on in the daytime in FS9?

To be honest, I never really tried. I know at uncontrolled airports in real life, you click the comm three times and they come on, and stay on for a half hour.

But in FS, I think they only come on at night, or when the visibility is poor. Think fog.
