Was wandering round PCWorld today and as is my usual habit, I always check out the software to see if anything unusual, or new, has appeared on the shelves. My eye was taken by a rather battered copy of the Official FS2004 guide book going for a reduced price.
I took it down from the shelf and it fell open at a page about getting addons and extra help installing said addons. The recommended site for said help ....... Here on good old SimV. It described the forums as being comprehensive and friendly and the quality and layout of the addon pages was also praised. The site particularly praised for the tutorials on scenery/aircraft installation.
The thought crossed my mind as I placed it back on the shelf.... Who needs this book? .... we have it all here!!!
cheers
