Grrrr!!

Postby Mehdi » Sat Sep 03, 2005 7:58 am

I'm losing my mind on an irritating problem so one please stop me from hanging myself over it!  :-/

Can someone please tell me why when I enter Slew Mode in any location, in any aircraft, why the aircraft seems adament to start spinning around and moving horizontally? I have to stop it by pressing 5 then inputting my own controls.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!  :)

I think your problem is, that your joystick is not correctly calibrated.

Are you touching the keyboard of view angle buttons at all?

Joystick suffers from a self-induced maintenance problem (worn out). Replace ASAP.

Hi
Also If you like me have 3 joysticks connected, make sure slew in assignments is assigned to your main stick.Drove me nuts until I worked out by default slew mode was controled by my mixture/prop pitch stick :)
cheers

Well, try first to fly and slew with you joystick unplugged. If the airplane doesn't spin anymore you'll know the culprit is the joystick and can replace it.

Also sometimes just recalibrating the joystick will fix the problem.
