Well ive mastered everypart of the 767-300(LD)and 737 series(PMDG)

But one thing STILL baffles me, the FMC....

Its a hard one, and im a possibly extreme novice at this kind of system, so any links, help, info would be absoultly fantastic!

Cheers fellow simmers!

If you have not mastered the FMC then you are no where near mastering the aircraft... I mean 99% of the flight is programmed through the FMC...

I would suggest reading the materials, which'll take about a night to read but will help a ton in the long run. After that take the plane out on a small test flight, an hour in duration works well as it's long enough for you to test the systems but short enough to stay focused. Now, even if the manual is leaving you with some mental gaps, fly the flight anyways, you'll end up learning from your mistakes...

The tutorial flight is a good start..... It'll teach you the basics. After that read the manual and fiddle to see what things do.
