I need your help with this.
When i start FS2004 and after i have selected an aircaft to go for a flight , the program will completely freeze. Nothing will work. Not even Ctrl+Alt+Del. I have to press the reset button to start my PC again.
Sometimes it will freeze immediately after the aircraft appears on the screen and sometimes after quite some time airborne.
It is really frustrating. I even did a complete uninstall and installed the program again to no avail.
It didn't do it before my summer holidays. Could it be that after my holidays i am using a SAITEK X52 joystick?
I reinstalled the stick again but no dice.
Any help appreciated.

Does this occur with all aircraft?

Are you using all the latest drivers?

it has nothing to do with the joystick, as I use the exact same joystick.

Try reinstalling FS9, if that doesn't maybe think about reinstalling windows!!
